Experts submit insights through a structured workflow; those insights are reviewed and approved by our team before entering the knowledge base. When you order a reading, our system assembles an interpretation from your chart data by retrieving the most relevant, approved practitioner knowledge and synthesising it into a coherent report. The AI writes and contextualises — it does not invent rules about your numbers.

AI chart chat is included with every free account. It lets you ask conversational questions about your chart — "what does my Life Path 3 mean in a Personal Year 5?" — and receive answers grounded in your specific numerology. It is exploratory and responsive. Premium reports (such as a Year Forecast or Compatibility Report) are structured, in-depth analyses covering a specific dimension of your chart in full. They take longer to generate, are saved permanently to your dashboard, and draw on a broader and deeper slice of the knowledge base than a conversational exchange.

Yes. All premium reports you order are saved to your account and can be revisited at any time. Free plan accounts retain reading history for 7 days; paid plans retain it indefinitely. Your numerology chart is always saved — you can return to it, build additional charts, or order new readings at any point.

Because AI reports are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable once generated. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Yes. We collect only the information needed to provide the service: your name, email, date of birth (for chart generation), and billing information processed by Stripe. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and your numerology chart data is stored securely. The free plan lets you create up to 2 numerology charts per day, access AI chart chat, and explore your numbers conversationally. You will not receive AI-generated premium reports on the free tier — those require a paid subscription. Your chart and 7 days of history are always accessible. Upgrading unlocks daily report generation, deeper history, and higher usage limits.
