1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Numevix at https://numevix.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Numevix provides AI-assisted Vedic numerology readings, chart generation, and practitioner-reviewed knowledge. Readings are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (financial, medical, legal, or otherwise).
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are non-transferable.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Canadian dollars (CAD) through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property
The Numevix platform, brand, and all content we create are owned by us or licensed to us. You retain ownership of personal data you provide. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numevix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
