Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal (accessible from your dashboard). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ you will not be charged again, and you retain access to paid features until the period ends.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.
2. One-Time Report Purchases
One-time reading and report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated. If a technical error prevents delivery of your report, contact us within 7 days and we will either re-generate or refund your purchase.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a service outage, billing error, or duplicate charge, we will make it right. Contact us as soon as possible with your account email and order details.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@numevix.com with your account email, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
